  • We understand that your content needs might vary. If you find yourself not needing content for a while, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For instance, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause, you'll have 10 days of service left to use in the future.

You can directly create a card on Trello detailing your content needs, share Google docs with specific guidelines, or even attach a brief audio or video message outlining your requirements. Essentially, if it can be attached or linked in Trello, we can work with it.

  • Yes, EnterInk specializes in content marketing, branded content, and whitepapers. We don't cover technical manuals, legal documents, or academic research papers (and any other academic work, for that matter).

  • That's okay. You can pause your subscription once your request is fulfilled and resume when you have more content needs. You won't lose any remaining days on your subscription.

  • Given the bespoke nature of the content and the effort involved, we don't offer refunds. That said, we're committed to ensuring you're 100% satisfied with the content delivered.

  • Each request has a maximum of 1,500 words—anything longer will be broken into chunks. That word length is suitable for most applications.

  • We take the time to understand your brand, its voice, and its goals. When you submit a content request, you can provide guidelines, examples, or any other materials that help convey your voice.

  • While we strive to deliver content within the average delivery time based on your subscription tier, we understand that sometimes you might have urgent needs. You can mark your request as "urgent" on Trello, and we'll do our best to prioritize it. Please note that the turnaround time might still vary based on the complexity of the topic.

  • We treat all information shared with us with the utmost confidentiality. If you have specific confidentiality concerns or require a non-disclosure agreement, please let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate.

  • We think clunky per-word pricing models put our customers and writers at cross purposes. Good writing gets a clear idea across succinctly. You’re paying for top quality, not fluff.

  • We can deliver content you approve to most commonly used platforms. For example, we can post directly to your LinkedIn company page, or upload to a WordPress site, or send out a newsletter using Substack or Mailchimp.
